self portrait critique 5

1.the mood is kind of artistic
2.the lighting gives the photo an older look to it
3.the frame does the same with the screws, metal and wood it gives the photo an antique look
4.im not exactly sure what the frame is but it makes the photo more interesting and gives it depth

self portrait critique 4

1. simple, laid back.
2. its just daylight and maybe some lighting above and it just gives it a playful feel
3. the floor and side of the mirror give a slight frame but nothing too noticable
4. the bedroom setting makes the mood seem more comfortable and laid back

self portrait critique 3

1.the mood is somewhat beaten or maybe its simply tired and sweaty
2.the light is coming from behind him which reflects off the water and gives the water a more relaxing, refreshing look
3.the way his head is framed helps the mood
4.the way he looks down and the way the water/sweat runs off of him makes you believe something not so good has happened and probably in a sport

self portrait critique 2

1.this photo has a melancholy or broken mood
2.the lighting cast shadows on her which gave some depth to the photo
3.the darkness framed her which added to mood
4.the cracks on her skin made it look as if she was breaking and it did a lot of the mood of the photo
